Kim is a very experienced Exhibition Industry senior executive who has for the last 7 years run her own consulting business providing interim CEO support to ITE Plc in India and SE Asia and business development Tarsus Group PLC in Indonesia.

Before this she worked in the Middle East, initially for 10 years at dmg world media, Dubai responsible for the Interiors sector including INDEX, which at 36,000m² was one of the world’s largest Interiors shows, as well as launching spring-offs like Office and InRetail, and developing JV’s to operate related shows in New Delhi and Bahrain.

Subsequently she became Exhibition Director of Hilal Conferences & Exhibitions in Bahrain and for 2 years was responsible for developing their fledgling Conference & Exhibition business including gulfBID and gulfINTERIORS and the Gulf Industry Fair.

Kim's new role with tfconnect will be to assist our team in growing our database of clients and candidates to include more Indian, Middle Eastern and SE Asian Exhibition Industry people - with a particular focus on developing more second tier management level work. Given her wide experience she will also coach and support the current team in working with customers and sourcing new assignments. Welcome aboard, Kim!
