The role of the Events Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies for the event and its associated products, via traditional and digital marketing methods. To be considered for this role, candidates must have with the ability to show a strong social media and digital marketing background, alongside previous experience of working within the events or exhibition industry.

Following a very successful period of working with this client, tfconnect have been asked to source, for them, an experienced Events Manager from within the event’s organiser market to work in Holland.
The Event Manager will hold full responsibility for the growth of a particular portfolio internationally. The Event Manager will liaise with the Group’s senior management to ensure that the development of the products fit within each region, via successful future planning and strategy. He/she will be responsible for the effective management and development of the sales resource, in addition he/she will be the key interface with the global teams. P&L management is a pivotal element of the role, assisting the Brand Director and Portfolio Director in both delivering the required revenue and managing costs effectively.
Candidates interested will have a proven track record in exhibitions and /or media sales and in successfully managing large revenue generating sales teams. You must be an experienced senior manager, with at least 5 years of management and sales experience, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership via forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Strong analytical and writing skills are an integral and significant part of this role.
Key requirements: Events, exhibition or conference experience is essential with this role.

With a hugely successful international portfolio of events and exhibitions, our client is looking to grow and strengthen its UK based Account Management division. We are therefore looking to speak to experienced Events based Sales and Account Management professionals that can continue to drive success and revenues into our client's events.
Market professionals interested in this great opportunity will have strong business acumen when it comes to managing and maintaining clients, through sales and customer service. They will be able to converse and communicate at senior level both internally and externally. The ability to speak fluent German is a must.
